At AgendaAlly, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a clear and fair refund policy. Please review the terms below:
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are available for appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures users retain flexibility while allowing service providers to manage bookings effectively.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Users will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Clients who cancel after the 24-hour window or miss their appointment without notice may not be eligible for a refund. This policy helps service providers avoid losses from unfulfilled time slots.
Failed Service Delivery
If a provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon service, clients are eligible for a full refund. We are committed to facilitating reliable appointments but recognize that unforeseen issues can occur.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during booking. Clients will be notified by email once the process is completed.
