Cancellation Policy for AgendaAlly
Cancellation Window
Clients may cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. This policy allows service providers to manage their schedules efficiently and accommodate other clients.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made after the scheduled appointment time or no-shows may result in being charged the full-service fee. To avoid disruptions and ensure fairness for service providers, we encourage clients to cancel or reschedule appointments in a timely manner.
Cancellation by Providers or Admin
In the rare event that a service provider or AgendaAlly admin cancels an appointment, clients will be notified immediately. We will offer either a full refund or help arrange an alternative appointment, ensuring minimal inconvenience for our users.
Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a nominal fee to cover administrative or operational costs related to short-notice changes.
Refunds
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking. At AgendaAlly, we understand the importance of timely reimbursements and strive to handle all refund requests promptly.
